6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

a) Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

b) Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate new order for the desired item.

c) Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

a) Digital Content

Due to the immediate delivery of digital files, withdrawal from purchase is not possible once access has been granted, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

b) Physical Products

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Marusa Zamorano is a small, independent, family-run artistic studio and publishing space, created out of long-term work, authorship, and care.

Every photograph, print, book, and project is developed slowly and intentionally — from creation to final delivery.
