Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify:

The notification must be sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. The buyer may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below or send another clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw from the purchase.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments received from the buyer, including the cost of standard delivery, in accordance with applicable law. Additional delivery costs resulting from the buyer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered are not refundable.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The buyer is responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

For photographic works, this may include prints produced according to an individual customer's specifications, such as a specially requested size, format, material, finish, framing option or other individual production requirement that is not offered as a standard product on the Website.

Photographic prints offered in standard sizes and specifications on the Website remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal unless another statutory exception applies.

These provisions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.
